Kalos Fitness are currently looking for writers and industry experts to share their knowledge and experience of Calisthenics to our growing community. Our blog features science-backed advice and information on Calisthenics training-principles and workouts, as well as Street Workout and Calisthenics apparel and equipment.

To see if you are a good fit to write for us, please read our criteria below.

 

Criteria

  • All content must be relevant to Street Workout and Calisthenics. We don’t want to hear about bench press, deadlifts, or barbell curls.
  • All posts should be between 700-1000 words. We will occasionally accept longer, more in-depth articles so feel free to pitch those as well. We will not accept articles under 700 words.
  • No clickbait. We pride our blog on providing relevant and useful information to our community, as such, we will never post or accept clickbait articles.
  • We only accept original content. We will not accept or post articles that have been published elsewhere. We run all submitted articles through a plagiarism check.
  • Any numerical and statistical data must be referenced. This can be via hyperlink, or a written reference: ‘according to […]’.
  • All written submissions must be presented in clear, engaging, and correct (UK) English. Please edit your spellchecker accordingly.
  • NO links to illicit sites will be allowed. This includes gambling, pornography, third-party product pages, spam, etc.

We may edit your article for grammatical clarity and SEO purposes where necessary.

    You are allowed to include 1 do-follow link in each post. This link will be permanent and can be linked to your portfolio or your personal blog/website.

    Kalos Fitness is the UKs first sustainable clothing brand for Street Workout and Calisthenics. With multiple upcoming collaborations with some of the most established names in the Street workout and Calisthenics community, our name will carry weight on portfolios for emerging writers.

    Please include ‘PITCH – POST TITLE’ in the subject line so we don't miss it.

    In the message body, please include a brief introduction telling us why you’re a good fit, and a description of your post, including the word count.

     

    Kalos Fitness retains the rights to any content that is accepted and published. We don’t allow republishing of any submitted content on any other website, including your own. Doing so can interfere with SEO for both parties.

    While we very rarely delete posts, every 12 months we may remove content that is no longer relevant or useful to the blog. We guarantee that any published content will remain on our blog for a minimum of 12 months.
