REFUND, ARTWORK & RETURN POLICY 

If your custom-printed item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@kaloscreates.studio within 14 days of receiving your order and include images of the issue. We will gladly replace the item.

Please note, we are not responsible for customer errors, such as typos, incorrect artwork or low-resolution images provided for printing. Be sure to review your design carefully before submitting your order.

Custom-printed items are non-returnable unless they meet the criteria for defects, damage, or incorrect printing as stated above.

ARTWORK REQUIRMENTS

For the best print quality, please submit artwork in PNG or PDF format with a transparent background. For optimal color accuracy, use CMYK color mode.
