Young Printmakers is our flagship paid internship programme, giving young people the opportunity to develop creative and professional skills while working inside a real London merchandise and print studio.

Over 6–12 months, interns become part of the Kalos team, gaining hands-on industry experience, building confidence and taking meaningful steps towards a career in the creative industries.

From garment production and branding to content creation, marketing and business operations, interns work alongside our team on live commercial projects for real clients.

Through hands-on learning, industry mentoring and meaningful responsibilities, they develop the creative and professional skills needed to take their next steps into employment, further education or entrepreneurship.
